Yes, you can bring your children to the event for a heavily discounted children price.

Babies and small children should stay with you, but children and teenagers can attend the kids program so that you can focus on the seminars.

We develop a side program for all children with various games and sports. Since we will adjust the program to the age groups of the children who sign-up, it is not fixed yet. It will be customly crafted out of Africamps activities corpus (which was developped by the organizers of this event for Assalam)

The events main language is English. However, most main sessions will be available in multiple languages. We can say for sure that the Swahili-CrashCourse, the Permits-CrashCourse and the Communication-Class will be offered in English and in German, so you can choose in which language you want to attend.

If we see that many participants request another language, e.g. French, we might offer sessions in that language too, or at least translate the handouts, so you can follow the session better.

we are open to negotiate discounts for groups of 5+ adults, please contact us.

for a limited number of participants, we can offer to stay an additional night for TZS 100'000. Please remark so during registration. First come first serve.

If you come with your family (at least one child) you will receive an own room for your family anyways.

If you come alone or as a couple, you can book a single room for an additional fee of TZS 200'000. Limited quantity, first come first serve.

Yes, you are free to opt-in and opt-out any time.

If you want to attend only one specific seminar, please contact us.

Since we offer lots of seminars within two days in multiple languages, we will have a tight schedule, and some seminars will take place at the same time.

A few days before camp, we will send you a survey where you can enter what seminars you are most interested in and what languages you prefer, and we will do our best to set up a schedule fulfilling everyone's needs.

Our venue is situated in Jambiani and has parking spaces for a few cars.

If you can convince us that either having you at the event is beneficial for us (because you have some special talent or skill to share) or that you are working in a key position for social change (in a non-profit NGO, in education, in childcare etc), then we are happy to adjust the fee to meet your financial capacity. Please contact us.
